Nikki's Quite Large Music Dump(s) [Update 6/26/24: Dump #2 Released!]

I’ve spent a lot of time working on romhacking music. Far more than necessary, I would say. These are far from all of the songs I’ve put together, but these are my favorites that I’ve decided to share today.

I’ve collected them the vast majority of them in a video below (4 of them I did not include because of copyright claimers, and the .wav preview of it keeps borking itself for the last one). If you want to listen through them all, I’d ask you do it through the Youtube video because I am trying to get enough watch time to start monetizing my videos and frankly I could use the extra funds.

Even further below is the drive folder with the .midi, .s, and .wav files, as well as a tracklist sorted by game. Also in the drive is a text file that details where I got each midi from and who made it if available, I just took each one and touched it up. Only one of them uses an extra instrument, which is “War Machine” from Lock’s Quest. The data for it is also in the drive folder, I would advise you to put the instrument in the “Voice Ooh” slot of the NIMAP which is unused by default, so 53 in FEbuilder and 54 in Anvil Studio.

All the songs are F2U and F2E as far as I care! All I ask is that you give the video some watch time, and the better it does the sooner I make another big collection like this. Thanks everyone!

Update! The second music dump is now live! Including hits from Shovel Knight, Final Fantasy, SNES FE, Zelda, and more! Just like last time, below is the drive link with all the files (.midi, .s, and .wav), a youtube video with them all collected, and a full track list. I’d appreciate it if y’all could give the video a listen! All F2U and F2E! Hopefully my next post will be an actual hacking project, we’ll see when we get there.
