I am able to post a new topic with no trust, but I not to reply to Community threads, but I can to reply threads with any other tag why?

The new user message / “read the rules” links / pinned topics in categories all not mention a requirement to meet to reply nor was some e-mail sent

I would post images here, at least I can’t thankfully

Does let me try direct upload also seems wrong?

This a thing not in contention. It does goes appreciated, just that rules and guidelines had clear talking’s how to -

But rules issue says “participate” is required but that reply banned if thread has tag “Community” not any another tag. Having ‘basic’ badge no change mystery whyso?
