I having trouble finding the FE11/12 Soldier Sprite in GBA form. I looked into the repo many times in the Soldier and Halberdier section, but couldn’t find it.

The closest would probably be the FE10 style by Flasuban
That’s because it’s in dream of five and was never released publicly.
Maybe it will soon enough given the recent activity on it.
Wasn’t something similar used in Vision Quest? If so, I’m not sure if it would be legal in the community sense, but couldn’t you just rip the animations from there? If not, then understandable, just trying to help 
It is absolutely not ok to do so without permission.
If you want an animation from Vision Quest, find the dev and/or creator of the animation and ask if you can use it.
Yeah, kinda knew that’d be the case; just threw it out as a solution (more brain dead than anything, but I tried

Guess I have to wait for the FE11/12 Soldier Sprite to be F2U in the future instead of going on a wild-goose chase to find the creator of the GBA FE11/12 sprite.
In the meantime, I might as well choose other soldier sprites instead.
P.S. Did Mageknight404 work on the FE11/12 Soldier Sprite? Last time I recall, he did the FE10 Fighter GBA Sprite, and could be a possibility. I could be wrong and misremembering it.
The DS Soldier was done in-house by the Dream of Five team back in the day. If I recall correctly, it’s in Vision Quest because Pandan really liked it, asked to use it, and was given permission.
I thiiiiiink Astra(LunaSol) (the lead on the original DoF) was the one that made it of the original dev team? But, it’s honestly been so long that it could have been someone else on the team. Since all of the assets were turned over to Parr and Lumi for the revamp, you could probably just ask them about it to see what their stance is on it?
