So, I am turning to this community for help. I am seeking advice on where to begin my journey into Fire Emblem ROM hacking. What are the essential tools and software I should familiarize myself with? Are there any recommended tutorials or guides that can provide a solid foundation for beginners like myself? And perhaps most importantly; what are some common pitfalls or challenges that I should be aware of as I embark on this endeavor?
