Making a sprite sheet insertable

I edited a sage sprite sheet to make one that would fit Arvis, and I have no idea how to go about making the sheet insertable, i’m pretty sure you don’t just stick the image in there.

Is there a tutorial available for making sprites insertable?

This is the image btw, I think the color count and everything should work fine in it.

Actually there are a few tutorials for this.
The one I used is the following: The Ultimate Tutorial by Blazer
In Chapter 57 and 58 you’ll find everything you need.
