My name’s Madzz. Madzz or Maddie. Whichever is fine. I’m a huge fan of the rom hacking community, I’ve been playing the games and even trying to sprite since highschool. As of late I’ve started really hunkering down and learning how to properly sprite; it’s been a ton of fun. I’ve been feeling really confident about my skills lately, so here I am, making my own little post to display everything I make. I hope you all enjoy
Since my main project is really long and is going to take a while, I figured I’d make a more low stakes four chapter hack on the side. Here’s the new dark mage protag for that game! Meet Damon.
Sword and the Stone seems to look less anime and more western fantasy
so it sure gets points for being unique .
And I totally dig the light purple armor guy . He better not be the jagan cause id like to use him .

Just finished the rest of “Reign of the Necromancer’s” starting cast. It’s been a fun change of pace designing them compared to the cast of “Sword and the Stone”. Despite the dark setting, Necromancer has a much goofier and colorful cast. And as much fun as I’ve had with drawing them, I’ve been having just as (if not more) writing them. Can’t wait to start making the first chapter and getting some playtesting going
Hey everyone! Excited to say I’ve started making half bodies now! I’m mostly making a couple to get ready for art fight this July, but I’m having so much fun making them.

Hey! Been a while~
I’ve just finished all the chapter 1 bosses for “Reign of the Necromancer.”! They’ve definitely been challenging, I’ve kind of been forced to learn anatomy while also still improving on my spriting, and while some of them look a tad jank, I’m feeling rather happy with how they all turned out! With any luck, the first chapter of the hack will be available for playtesting sometime close to the end of June. (I sure hope it’s ready by then, I’m hoping to release the game same day as it’s FEE3 trailer )
Anyways here are the sprites!
I made a joke about it in the discord, but I find it funny that I accidently gave them this cool toned color scheme. They’re all my little sweeties and I love them bunches!
Final side tangent. I’ve fucking devouring “The Rehearsal” on HBO, so here’s a little Nathan Fielder jumpscare.
