Hello! I’m Fun Sized Robin (on Youtube) and I’m here to show you my upcoming Mario x Fire Emblem fangame made with Lex Talionis! Here is an (admittedly very outdated) video showing off what I had at the time. The current version has a revamped prologue, a jumping mechanic, a new character, and an actual chapter that’s not the prologue!

Just played through the current demo. It was very nice! The visuals, characterization, and the gameplay was solid too! I wish you good luck in this great project!

im a gmepad /controller kinda gamer. controllers just feel much better to me + with my position etc using controller is more comfortable since im not facing my laptop when i play games on it since i have it connected to my tv since tv is bigger and has better colours. mouse for fe games kinda works though. but keyboard hell no lol. i just find it odd that i cant use it for this game at default when any other LT game let me (even if A and B buttons are switched compared to gba emulation)
i was joking. I’ve just never been able to make my computer read a Controller before, only a flight stick that’s extremely gimmicky for anything that isn’t intended to be played with a flight stick.
Just did a little playtest myself. If you are even remotely mario-brained you will find this very charming, with all the different entries and references it pulls from. There’s a lot of effort put into visual presentation and aesthetics here.
