I’m facing with a problem in translating English version rom into Chinese.

After I click ‘Write to Rom’, it imediately changed into unreadable garbled code. The text encoding in rom is already chinese.

Btw, the options you presented have nothing to do with the translation work, you need to install the utf8 encoding patch and input Chinese fonts.
