I just made a really bad post, and I’m really ashamed of it… It won’t let me delete it. Can you please tell me what to do?

edit your post, remove all content, then ask a staff member to close it for you

it’s out of your control at this point, there’s nothing about the topic discussion that would make any of the staff close it
