Is there a patch that applies Berwick Fog (enemies have vision) to GBA?

Exactly as it says in the title: is there a patch that makes enemies follow the same rules players do in Fog of War, like in Berwick Saga, to GBA? Not sure if to put this in Questions or Requests.
