Then pretty much what Zoiste said, the more effort you put into your work/project yourself, the more likely you’ll find someone willing to dish out a nice mug specifically on your request since there’d be some sort of mutual benefit. It’ll also fit better when there’s something to fit it to.

You could stay with Flaer’s current mug and make him a don’t “judge a book by it’s cover” kind of character
Like you add a fight with a green unit or something at the beginning of the chapter to make the player understand that this old guy in armor is a serious threat
If I do that my hack will look closer to the vanilla version of the game in that sense.
