How to fix the x2 Weapon Effectiveness in FE7?

Hello, I’ve recently started messing around with FEBuilder, and make a small rom hack based on FE7. But the weapon effectiveness localization is really getting to me, and they didn’t have an in FEBuilder patch that fixes it
Is there any sort of patch to fix it to x3 like in FE6/8? Or otherwise prepatched file of FE7 with it or something similar?

I just did a quick search and found this:

I believe this to be what you are looking for. Not necessarily a patch, but you can use a hex editor to manually edit it. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I tried to do that through a hex editor but I couldn’t find the string of code he talked about, so I guess I’ll have another look at it later on
