How to edit gamble skill flag?

Hello,
I tried to edit the gamble skill through the:
EngineHacks > SkillSystem > Skills > UnitMenuSkills > Gamble
But it looks like the actual stat changes of the gamble skill is somewhere else.
Can someone tell me where the gamble skill stat changes are?

You would need to most effectively make modifications like this with buildfiles.

Check PreBattleSkills → Gamble

Yeah that makes sense. Unfortunately, I am stupid, and the word “buildfile” makes me anxious.
