How do I open .UPS files?

Read The title, that’s the question.

Well then, I wanted to try out Fire Emblem - Elibean Nights, but it doesn’t let me open the .UPS file, it just says that it can’t open the file. Any help?
I have the rom already, okay gonna search NUPS! Done. It works! :blush:

You need to have a ROM and a UPS patcher. Google the ROM and NUPS: that’s the UPS patcher. Run NUPS and apply the patch to an FE7 ROM. I think a new version is coming out soon, but don’t quote me on that.
