How do I expand the Song Table?

I want to add more space in the Song Table, but no “write new data” or “expand list” buttons are visible in the Song Table. Am I missing something somehow???

I don’t know of an expansion for it, but FE8 has a ludicrous amount of empty slots in the table as is- why do you need to expand it?
