So I am following the tutorial on here to change Myrrh’s Palette, but I am stuck at one point. I found where her palette(s) is in hex editor, but I don’t know how to create a .dmp file from it. 
I believe someone has made a repalette for Myrrh, let me find it.
To create .dmp file simply copy the data you want, create a new file in your hex editor, paste your data and save it as a .dmp (or change the extension afterwards, it shouldn’t matter).
One palette is 0x20 bytes, or 32 in decimal, so if you want to copy a palette and you know where it starts just copy those bytes over to a new file.
