Hey guys, I guess this is the introduction catégory? If not, let me know. I have to admit I haven’t been in a forum for a quite a while.
I’ve been a huge FE fan for a couple decades now (I’m older than i’m willing to admit). And I’ve recently been dabbling in romhacking. Being such a big fan of the franchise, I kind of want to be part of it. And as such I’ve been working in a romhack for quite some time now (Basically, i’ve done all the creative part + planning. I just need to do the technical part now). And this forum have been a fantastic help for that. I’ve been lurking for quite some time now. Im still an amateur but i’m starting to get a good grasp at FEBuilder (And i’ve already done a light rework of FE8 some years ago, with added skills, half a dozen characters, added difficulty,support and all… all works great, but I guess this a minimum here?
So i’d like to present my “concept” (is it what you call it here?) In another topic later of course. Get your advice, opinions and all.
And to be honest, the assets in my new project are HEAVILY (if not completely) picked from here from various artists. So I’d need a heads-up about the credit. I’m no thief, i don’t have the pretention to have any creative talent. You, guys, are the artist. How does it work? An additionnal readme in the folder ? Actual credits in the game itself (hope not it would be a pain but if i have to i’ll do it of course).
Anyway, it’s a pleasure to be here and I hope we’ll get along well, and I of course don’t offend anyone.
