the alternate nomad class has no skills when leveling up.

It was a mistake on my part. Only the male Bowmaster has the skills, not the female. I just fixed it and should be updated in the future patch. Look for it soon.

The evolution of this game is incredible, I played in the first versions and I’m playing now and the evolution is clear, I apologize for not knowing English and what I’m going to comment on are details. I would only ask for something, like reducing the weight of spells, Lilina suffers a lot of penalty and I wanted to comment on something like animations I believe that is the only thing that can be improved as I think the animation in the barrel of the general and the bersek is very ugly there are beautiful animations of the general and I suggest the Hawkeye animation from FE7, I also believe it’s fair to put the Durundal animation for Roy for when he uses Exaccus it’s pretty weird Roy using a legendary giant sword and the animation is a rapier, it could be something like the boss of the chapter 8x. I haven’t had so much fun on a hack this good in a long time I really appreciate the effort I had only played F7 and F8 on the GBA and found F6 unattractive I will hold this game in my heart as the definitive version of this game.

As some one who was one of the first to play test this hack i totally feel that we have come a long way and we are still exploring all the endless changes and i would like to give a sincere respect to @ZeN2002 he not only made this hack and added all that was suggested. I have to say @ZeN2002 deseves a mad respect a small project came a long way to being a very big and ever growing one. This is also the one topic which i always look forward to hearing new ideas also this is the topic which granted me regular, thank you and appreciated badge :hugs:

Uh, any strategies for Chapter 18x that don’t involve anyone dying? I’m a casual so I’m just gobsmacked by the enemy quality and quantity in the map with only 5 units.

Off topic but i wonder if there is a FE7 fan remake out there since now we have a remake for fe6 and fe8.

I typically do a hit and run stragtegy with Eliwood since he can move after attacking. Not only that but I also take advantage of the rescue mechanic. Make sure to use elixirs wisely.

I actually got a question. Why are Mercenaries able to promote into Warriors? Just a curious question, that’s all.

Bug report. Game is crashing whenever i hover over the Warrior option when trying to promote Dieck. Otherwise though has been a blast

Is he holding a sword? That can cause an issue, since warrior can’t use swords.

Updated the spreadsheet to reflect the changes in the newest update. Got rid of the HM characters and instead put in the calculated stats for the characters with a toggle instead. Also prevented the spreadsheet from reducing stats if the current level is lower than the base level. Let me know if there are any errors and I’ll update them.

So originally, I was going to make the promotion branch for Mercenaries Hero / Ranger like vanilla FE8. However, as I was implementing the promotion branches, the Ranger class didn’t really “fit” the mercenaries. Regardless, I thought to myself since Figthers get to promote to either Hero or Warrior, I thought why not have Mercenaries promote to either Hero or Warrior as well. Besides, it’s easier to see Dieck as a Warrior than a Ranger.

@SkyClaw I can’t believe I missed something like that. I just fixed it so it shouldn’t crash anymore when choosing the Warrior promotion. Same with Ogier. Look for it in a future update soon as I’m fixing other bugs that have been reported to me.

I could maybe see it being able to fit Dieck, but for Ogier, well… Doesn’t really fit him, honestly. And besides, probably going to make him a hero anyways.

I noticed that the rescue formula for female mounted units is 20-con if playable and 25-con if enemy. Why is that? It should be the same for everybody.

I just started playing your hack, and so far I really love it but I don’t understand how, in chapter 3, the boss takes 0 damage from my fire with Lugh ?



Luke has 12 in attack, the boss has only 4 in resistance. With the throne and his ability, he should receive 6 less damage, but still… I should be able to deal at least 12 - (4+6) = 2 damage, right ?

Sorry for the potentially very stupid question, seems like I’m missing something here.

Thrones give +5 res.

Yeah sadly to have the best chances of hitting and damaging him just use wolt’s prf weapon

Adore it so far, just beat chapter 8. I am curious though, when I go to promote any cavaliers to great knights, the color pallet is off. It’s swapped the horse’s color for the armor’s color, so all characters have brown armor with varied brightly colored horses like blue green or red. Do you have any way to fix that?
