Portraits of Severus Snape. Harry Potter was a marking point during my childhood, Snape is one of the most memorably-written characters to me, and I may be biased towards Snape for personal reasons.
When I recently heard a song inspired by him, I was also inspired to make a portrait, so here are some different expressions and repalettes along with it.

Over a year ago I recolored this portrait and forgot about it, so here it is now. I changed her hair color to something much closer to her character and Heroes art, brightened her eyes to about the level of her in game and character art, and changed the entire palette into (mostly) FE8 colors. I can’t remember if I did any other small edits but I don’t see any from a quick comparison. Have fun.

Heya, new here. Just wanted to share a little project of mine. Pretty much retouching an existing Ike lord animation I found in the repo for a personal fe8 mod. First time doing pixel art with photoshop, and decided to give Ike a few more animations as well as tweaking colors, proportions ( legs and larger upper chest and such.
credits to NGO for the base animation and an user called mishmaesh in the discord server that posted a normal attack animation draft gif a long time it seems. I used it as reference.

Happy belated mother’s day. And happy very belated Pokemon day.
