I didn’t get this made in time for my FEE3 presentation so Its hard to not post things you are excited about sharing.
Here is my* take on a succubus. Its based off a cut transformation for Shantae in Shantae: Half Genie-Hero. It will be one of the many transformations in my upcoming hack, but hopefully others can use it too.
Note: In case you get confused, the left portrait of some of the characters (the main exception is Tails) is the version that has more than 16 colors, while the right portrait is the one that has maximum 16 colors total. All F2E.

Among the various sects of dark magic, eldrict puppetry has been one which many avoid. The fact is surprising considering the many twisted and morally questionable things dark magic has been associated with.
Even then however perhaps there is a certain hesitation to study and emerge oneself on this particular house of dark magic due to the uncanniness of the very dolls it studies. “Puppetters” are far and few and many of them are hermits travelling the land by their lonesome. One can imagine how a live size puppet can creep people out and lead to isolation. If there are complains of the lives these people lead however not many have been heard, perhaps there’s just too few puppeters on record or, what the few records suggest about these people, that they consider these puppets as their companion.
One passage from ancient scripture read “As I sat across him on the campfire I cannot help but feel a sense of dread, uncannyness even sickness looking upon him and his “companion”. It moved in such a smooth way that one could imagine, be tricked into thinking it was a real life woman, In day time it is almost impossible to see my unintened companion move his fingers to direct its movements but at night it was all but impossible. My mind raced with theories, assumptions and dark thoughts, perhaps a part of me wanted to in someway invalidate his craft, parhaps this Thing held many dead souls inside it or even worse a living one inside. Or perhaps… he was just that good in his craft. Regardless of what the truth is… I feel I should not stay long and interupt their dynamic… It’s staring at me… I think I will not sleep well tonight”
It takes years upon years of learning and skill for a competent puppetteer to emerge, producing magical strings upon one’s body is easy and many mages can learn this in their first year in magical academy… operating a puppet with them however is a million times harder. One must know every muscle, every tendon and every structure in the human body before one can immitate their movements and even more so in combat. For this, the few schools around the continent which house a place of learning for puppettering has countless different puppets with differing levels of difficulty to operate. The oldest members of these schools however make their own puppets and it’s very rare for a master puppetter to be able to operate their college’s puppet to the same level as they can.
For those who master this school of magic, there lies a great reward however, in exchange of long years of study and social isolation one puppetterr can easily sway the tides of battle. Recon, infiltration, assasination, in field combat, a puppet can hold many things inside of it and with the right master at its finger tips use these tools exceptionally well, a combatan might have a blade or two to deal and keep in mind whilest a puppet might have 6, a buzz saw, arrows, bombs, skewrs and daggers. For such a reason we should be glad of the solitary and rare nature of these individuals. If so comes one day an army of them somehow become organized, well you shall find me in every church and temple known in man kind praying to naga, duma, saint seiros, nemesis and grima all at the same time

I made some small reskins of some older anims:
First is a female ponytail reskin of deranger’s hunter, the original female reskin was made by Jeythecount, I thought a ponytail could help indicate it a bit more since this anim is used decently common but there isn’t a clear distinction between the male and female version before i feel, I spliced the ponytail from DertheVaporeon’s Ponytail archer, I’ve included them in the credits
Next is a bald female bishop because they need to slay. The original edit was made by Tythebub.
I’ll probably just list these under their main makers first as I only did small edits to them
Hey hey everyone, I’m back from my absences and I bring a few gifts to the community. Here we have a revamped version of Marlon0024’s Sacred Memories Eirika and to be really honest. I’ve had these laying around for a good few years, since I was a little afraid to release them. But I decided to hell with it, I’m releasing them to the community.
I present to the community, the Magus Lord class. Some of the designs and animations were borrowed from what was available from the repository. So here’s a quick list
jj09 and DerTheVaporeon for the Dark magic Animation, I absolutely adore the original and hooded Dark Knight. One of my favourites.
I used the sword animation by TheBlindArcher, but made sure the boots matched when using a magical sword.
Next I used Greentea’s Priscilla as the base model and borrowed the staff design from their Ursula animation, but I edited it to look like the Valkyrie jewel.
And final the honour goes to Marlon0024 and their brilliant talents, and thank you all for providing the community with these wonderful animations. P.s the palette matches the female mage from both FE7 and FE8, have fun everyone.
Hey hey everyone, I’m back again and decided to upload more animations. This time, I’m giving the Faoladh class magic and unarmed animations. I had forgotten to add an unarmed animations to the class, but that has been remedied. And I’m also releasing another class to the community, this one I call the Beorn. I was inspired by Beorn and the Beorning from Lord Of The Rings, one of my favourite characters and tribe. I made the Beorn animation some time ago, but never really bothered to release, up until now. Also one question? Has anyone seen or used animal Bears in anything Hacks before? Will now you can, so have fun with this everyone.

I borrowed the transformation animations of the Bear, from a Caineghis animation that was in the repository. But… I really don’t know who to properly give credit to, so if anyone knows who. Please credit them too, I’d feel horrible if they weren’t mentioned.

Yay, time for more stuff? Mostly portrait shenanigans as per usual, and a random edit to a class card. Good gracious am I ever going to finish these bloody portraits? Should I rush them more? …probably not, main free time focus is main hack. welp. Anyways.

As for the class card, I just wanted to make the wolf of this amazing class card slightly more… puppy-like instead of demonic-hell-beast. Demonic-hell-beast is also cool, but now there are options, yay!
I made a bow variant for the standing and walking animations for the FE8 Wyvern Knight map sprite using @knabepicer’s wyvern rider bow variant for its bow and used @MeatOfJustice’s Wicked flier map sprite as a reference for completing the wings that are normally obstructed by the weapon.

But I figured it would be best to mention it before everything gets uploaded with my previous name.
I edited the mage knight map sprites and made it into Reinhardt (kind of) and basically changed the hair color…credit to CelestiaHeart for the original map sprite. Edit: not sure if this is worth posting on the github at the time of posting this, but since there’s not much map sprites for MKs, i thought i’d try something out. ||||
