Are characters still limited to 1 S weapon rank? Or can characters achieve multiple?

v1.5 released!
- Added the fact that routing the map ends it to the detailed clear conditions of chapter 5.
- Removed a house from chapter 19.
- Fixed a boss in chapter 26/26x not having a battle palette.
- Added a couple of new bosses to the postgame.
- Nerfed normal mode enemies slightly in the early and midgame.
I toyed with the idea, him and Klimt. But I felt I had enough good/zombified guys, and unlike Dara and Ismaire they both had other characters that could easily slot in their classes as late prepromotes, so they felt a tad redundant.
Multiple S ranks can be achieved.

Just fyi, you should add the female monk to promotions in the guide
I went Monk Tiffani to get Druid (wanted her to use dark magic like Mister Lion), but got stuck with Bishop or Valkyrie 
(Novala’s already decided as summoner and Riev bishop)
So yeah it would be great to add that for future players 
And minor nitpick but I wish there was another sniper (my OCD brain forces me to promote Beran and the spoiler character into Rangers + Fighter Melina)

Hey there! I picked up this hack because I enjoyed Princess’s Lament, and so far it doesn’t miss.
I am a bit stuck on 5x, and was wondering what the strategy is. So far, I get swarmed within a couple of turns and after that, someone usually dies on that enemy phase. Any help would be appreciated.

That’s a fair point. I’m fond of the flavor that Lyon doesn’t let her use his magic but I should probably note the discrepancy between her and Riev in the guide.
Haha, that’s rather unfortunate. Sadly, other than using Wyatt as a pseudo-sniper I don’t think there’s much room for another archer character.

In my experience the map flows a lot better if you’re aggressive and try to gain ground rather than hole yourself up in the throne room with its giant 3-tile entrance. Are you in the latest version? I made a few adjustments to the map, as well as added a bit of text to nudge the player towards playing aggressively.

- Fixed a bug in chapter 28 where undeployed units would appear in the unit list.
- Fixed a boss in chapter 29 sometimes being in the wrong class.
- Updated the guide to reflect the different promotion options of the two monk variants.

What caused this one?

Not sure. The eventing is similar to how it is in vanilla so I couldn’t really figure out what happened. I fixed it by manually removing all undeployed units from the party at the start of the map and then readding them after the map.

Do you mean the top red-roof house or the building at the very top of the map? The building’s just Caer Pelyn proper, it’s not intended to be an interactable building. If you’re talking about one of the red-roof houses, though, we got a problem.

Still using the 1.1 patch for some reason and the red houses work fine for me (visited both with Dara, pretty sure they gave a light tome and a monster claw iirc for reference)
And for those curious, the endgame route split actually matters (won’t spoil it here)

Been playing this hack for a bit, loving the gameplay so far. Just wanted to drop in and say this is actually some crazy Dialogue.

I want to point out that whenever riev sugest summoning monsters you can summon the same one again, don’t know if this has happened to anyone else or if it’s just a problem in my end
