An attempt at a fairly vanilla re-balance patch of Fire Emblem 8.
I rebuild it from ground up so the patch is smaller because clicked write to rom less. some buffs and changes i felt where to high so made some of them back to vanilla.

Hold A or L skip animation

Hold a fast move

Added early game Light Brand

Made magic sword target res so they give weapon rank

Made the Manakete weapons not break and 1-2 range and target res

Changes to promotion bonuses tired to make the choices better without one being the only good one

Enabled many bug fixes in FE Builder and increased miss xp to 5 and staff xp to 20

I buffed Franz, Forde or Kyle in away to make them standout from one another; Franz has fairly even stat spread, Forde is fast and Kyle is strong but slower

Changed armor knight move to 5

Gave great knight 7 move

I added a few extra items to steal off enemies

Changed a few chests so they aren’t just stuff you can buy really easily

Recruited enemy units get hard mode bonus

Made supports go up from 2 tiles away

i reversed changing forde to ranger and kyle to a great knight i could not make palate for forde look good and decided it would be better not to take away the choice of there promotions
Fire Emblem Sacred Stones usa-australia is base rom and it is an ups patch.
Animations are all vanilla. I like them and don’t have the technical knowledge to change them.
