I was having a problem getting it patched too. I used JS Rom Patcher online and I checked the box to make the Japanese rom headered and it worked for me. Hope this helps you.

Ok, first of all, playing on a 3ds is based. I assumed everyone played these hacks on phones and PCs!
I forgot to change Dithorba to female. Enemies are normally non gendered, so they don’t scream when defeated, but only female characters can use the Prayer Sword.
I’m changing Dithorba to a female and reuploading, please let me know if that breaks anything.

I don’t think Yune is compatible with this patch.
Modifying the base game with FE4 Modern will make it incompatible with Yune, while any modification applied by Yune will just be overwritten by the FE4 Modern patch.

Where did the female hero sigurd come from?
Is it even possible to be randomised?

That was me manually changing Sigurd’s class just to test female hero hand axe animations, I’m afraid there was no randomization involved.
The entire patch cannot be applied straight to a randomized FE4 patch using Yune. However, certain elements of this patch can be applied using a seperate patch.
The Pursuit requirements can be done in Yune itself, using 1/5
As for the changes to the classes, weapons and strength requirements, all of those can be applied afterwards using a patch made from the Nightmare modules. I’ve already done this a while back, using the spreadsheet above and if Enaluxeme gives permission, I can attempt to provide the Yune link in this thread.
In the picture below, the game on the top is a regular Yune game, while the one on the bottom is the same game with the Yune patch applied.
Just to be clear, is this a completely unrelated patch to mine that just copies the new class and weapons stats, or did you use my patch as a base to make yours?
An unrelated patch created using Nightmare that copies the class and weapons changes. And one of the Nightmare modules for the AS modification. None of the code from this patch was used.
A pity, that means the other edits aren’t included. Most importantly, are weight mitigation and sword skills for all included?
