In order to address some of the issues that have been recently articulated by members of our community, we will be looking to add additional members to the FEU server staff. This will be done via an application and nomination process. We will be accepting applications over the next three days, and the existing staff will begin reviewing those applications on December 5th.
We have recently done a bit of reorganization of the categories on the server: this is primarily for staffing allocation purposes. We will be looking to appoint 1 Global Moderator in the EU/Asian timezones, 2 Section Mods to the General category, and 1 Section Mod each to the Fan Game Development and Creative categories.
The intention is that Section Moderators will be proactive in identifying and working with other staff members to address issues as they arise. Global Moderators will provide coverage when Section Moderators are unavailable, and will support Section Moderators in addressing behavioral issues.
