You might want to give some Sword Weapon arts because one of the promotions gain swords and the rule has been 2 arts per weapon type tho I dunno if that rule applies to magic+weapon type with arts.
Hi, due to a limitation with the skill systems itself some skills over data-byte FF cannot be set to be a skill to be learnt. There are ways around this as it can still be set as a personal skill. These skills are listed as the General Skills in the documentation. I apologize for not informing you guys sooner (I didn’t know). In the future, please work around this limitation. Pre-promoted units are able to have at least 3 of these skills as a base skill, High- level units have this benefit to a similar effect but I don’t think anyone joins lvl 15.
These are the people who I kinda need to change thier skills.
(I can’t find Assassinate and Vantage+)
Also guys fix ur combat arts. 2 Per Weapon Rank if multiple weapon ranks (Staff and Magics count). If single weapon rank you can get 4. Your possible promotions count towards your Weapon Ranks. If you want I can lock your Promotion to 1 class.

Does the skills listed at General Skills can still be picked as the very first skill of a unit?
Meaning at Lvl 0. So that it ends up working as their ‘personal skill’ like you mentioned.
Or does it mean, instead, that all skills in that specific list just can’t be chosen at all?
Yes
By combining 2 different lists I am able to make 3 skills ; base skills, allowing me to choose the General Skills for them.
Pre-Promotes we consider already passing thru the LVL 5-15 mark, therefore letting them have 3 General Skills as base if they desire.
The same applies to LVL 5-15 unpromoted units.
