I just thought for this angle since Tulli is a manakete as well but doesnāt transform due to being corrupted. And she is also like very old due to her being cursed that if she dies she will reawaken in 200 years. She just looks very young cause she always dies very early in her new life wich honestly is very cruel on my part.
