Narcissa’s AI is initially set to Do not Act (she will stand there doing nothing). Once a player unit gets within a 15x15 box centered on Narcissa (box ends at map border; this effectively means within 7 tiles North and 7 tiles East of her), her AI switches to the standard boss AI (Chance of Action 100%, attack only if adjacent). This is to prevent the player from wasting her Berserk early on in the fight; she will not start using it until you are close enough to her.
Spoiler
This basically means that Narcissa will never start using her Berserk until you are in Rin’s range (and Rin will kill anyone who doesn’t proc a skill to survive 2 consecutive Eclipse hits), effectively making it impossible to waste her Berserk uses early. In order to recruit Rin, the player would have already had to defeat Umbria, and even then, have to dance one of their two lords in to recruit her. Narcissa will then have a chance to berserk one of them, likely resulting in some player deaths.
Edit Rin’s recruitment: Umbria must be defeated for her recruitment conversation to occur (Rin is under Umbria’s spell)

Constance uses unique versions of the Mage/Sage classes that are otherwise identical to their vanilla counterparts, except they have a different terrain movement table with the following changes made:
- Plain: 1->2
- Road: 1->2
- Forest: 2->3
- Mountain: 4->5
- Sand: 1->2
- Desert: 1->3
- Ruins: 2->3
- Ballista: 2->3
- Long B: 2->3
- Killer B: 2->3
- Gate: 1->2
- Fort: 2->1
- Pillar: 2->1
- Deck: 1->2
Basically, all the “outdoor” tiles cost more movement, except outdoor buildings like Forts, Houses etc. which cost 1. In essence, Constance is a very powerful unit that has her movement severely gimped on outdoor maps. Her movement in Rain and Snow conditions are still the same as vanilla, since the sun isn’t out anymore.
Another change:
Ch6, Ch11A, Ch11B and Ch19 now are all rainy in addition to being FoW
