After seeing the other two no redundancy hacks, my GF and I went through the FE8 cast and combined them.
There’s currently no hack yet, but I’ve been making all the unit concepts in a spreadsheet before I actually start.
The cast was a lot smaller than I remembered, so I ended up adding one extra unit.

Interesting to see your list, because the FE8NR I’ve been planning overlaps with less than half the character combinations: best of luck to you, and I hope when mine eventually comes out (probably long after yours, if ever) it won’t feel like I’m stepping on your toes too much

Just gonna add a thing here, I’m still gonna make this, but development got pretty hated due to me getting incredibly sick for weeks, and other responsibilities that came as a result of that time away.

Update! All the maps are currently finished, actually, though I’m currently doing some playtesting.
I apologize for the delayed message. I have only recently come across this hack and was wondering if there have been any recent updates regarding its development. Is the release still scheduled as planned, or has progress been paused?
