[FE8] FE6/FE7 style animated Stat screen background ASM?

I was wondering if there’s a way to give the FE8 stat screen a scrolling background like the one in FE6 and FE7. As you may know, the FE8 stat screen is a static image, and the only animation it has is another static image that fades in and out in place.

Has anyone made ASM that allows for the stat screen in FE8 to have the scrolling background? And if not, how would one go about making it?

OK! I looked into it and it kinda works. Though… the graphics are messed up and I can’t figure out how to fix them
