Im new to the ROM community but I love FE8. I am having trouble installing reskin, when i attempt to load it in the emulator, it gives the error of “cannot load game, are you sure it’s in the correct format?” Would anyone have any tips on what I am doing wrong or I need to download something else?
You need to apply the .ups patch to a clean FE8 rom; the download file here isn’t the game itself; just the modification.
If you don’t already have an FE8 rom; you’ll need to find one yourself. Please note that you cannot ask for one here, or links to one; providing or linking to a rom breaks one of the main rules of FEU.
As for patching the game once you have a clean rom; there should be a guide publicly available on how to do so.

Is my game bugged? There is a village in chapter 5 {bottom right} that i can’t visit but it is also infinitely destroyed by the bandits.

So the exact same thing happened for me! I just finished chapter 6 and saved the game, and then looked here to find that I missed a magvelian ore. Took me a while to figure out, but you can spawn it in as the 5th item in your lord’s inventory using the following codebreaker code:

Hey there~ I’ve been playing for a short while now and I’m really enjoying it, but I think I’ve found a bug, the holy aura skill isn’t working as it says, +1 damage isn’t being calculated, is there any way to fix this? Other than that, it’s been a lot of fun!!.
hi, i’m new to this hack, could someone please let me know what are the differences between this hack and the sacred stones reforged? and if i want to play both, which one should i play first? i haven’t tried both hacks, thank you

Sacred trilogy plays more like fe8 and has more inclusions from the other gba games while reforged plays like fe7, with a linear story progression and no hub world. I highly recommend playing both and not just one.

I’m not a genius or anything but I think Project Jade plays more linear while Reforged is more like fe7 with a world map while still having the story like the og but with more cutscenes.

Question: the mutiple s ranks thing, can I still get more even though they start flashing when I have 5?
Having almost every weapon available in shops is a cool feature, though it really demonstrates why siege tomes and status staves are so rare in vanilla. Saleh with Fury and Petrify makes 90% of the postgame a joke, and no amount of buffs on bosses handles Eclipse spam. Self-imposed rulesets are only a band-aid solution to this, and tbh is a little disappointing that it’s necessary in what is otherwise a fun hack.
How do you change the skills in febuilder i know there’s over 400 but I can only access 255 because of the cap and I wanted to change some of them on this hack. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You’re playing this game on PC, I assume ? You can always edit stuff in FEBuilder but I don’t recommend sharing those edited files. Anywhere.
