Hello everyone! As promised, here it is a brand new PME based on my own FE7 rebalance, The Lightning Hack, with new classes, weapons and a working Strength / Magic Split mechanic:
Highly recommended that you check out the original post first for the list of changes!
Besides gameplay ones it also lists all available classes as well as the new weapons!
Let us get right down to business with the rules, there’s quite a bit this time:

2 submissions/reservations per user per day (24h), playable or bosses. NPCs are free.

Growths: 325% Playable / 375% Lords-Dancers-Merlinus-Nino / 275% Pre-Promotes.

Boons/Banes: +3/-3 on the stat of your choice, can be up to 3 boons and 3 banes.
(Magic can’t be chosen as Bane, due to a limitation of the Str/Mag Split patch) -
1 Special Item per inventory: Statbooster/Promotion/Gems/Cards/D-Shield/I-Rune.

Delphi Shield / Iron Rune are only allowed starting from ‘The Dread Isle’ chapter.

Prf Weapons can be changed as seem fit, only limit being up to 60 uses allowed.

Misc is optional: if for example you aren’t able to make palettes, just leave it to me.
Class selection for regular units is the same as listed in the main TLH topic (link above).
As for the following units instead, who have their own unique classes:

Lords: Up to two weapons unpromoted, then up to three weapons promoted.

Athos/Nergal: Up to four weapons are allowed, just like in vanilla.

Ninian/Nils: Still exclusively the dancers, but they can also have one weapon each.

Merlinus: Same unpromoted, promoted can be a custom ‘supplier’ class (one weapon).

Limstella: A little bit of FE7 trivia, Limstella actually has an exclusive Sage class internally, separate from the regular Sages. With that in mind, I’ll allow them to be able to have their own custom class (up to 2-3 weapons).
And finally, Individual Animations are allowed (e.g. Guy/Lucius/Hawkeye)! The only caveat is, if your animations feature Axes as one of the weapons, they must have proper magic axe frames as well, to be compatible with the Bolt Axe.
