That said, I really liked that you made her even more Min Maxed than she was already. Now she is like the quintessential Sacaen.
At this point, I might just finish the other edits mentioned myself if @Falkyrie allows me to.
However, I might be tempted to swap a few bosses around, making @Petey’s Paulus a Darin replacement for the general class instead of Lloyd if they accept. And I plan to put @MakoQueenofAdrestia’s Rath replacement, I really like Garth and I don’t mind my character being replaced. My only issue is the lack of minimug.

Minor changes that can be expected:
Female classes counterparts and unique character palettes
Personal class in accordance to the unit
Few unique animations for specific characters

Am I also allowed to swap some bosses such as Scott, making him a brigand boss on Lyn mode rather than Zagan who is a fighter and could be used by Xalbador?

I was going to make the battle pallets changes myself, but you seem to be way more invested than me at this point, so consider me out of your way. 
Also, just to make that very clear, you have @Mkol to thank for the heath bars and other QoL changes.

I have made a few things such as changing classes for all characters that have been genderswap in every scene. Furthermore, I added a few items and some unique battle animations. Then, I fixed the issues with the following portraits:
- Caligulia
- Ikol
- Edea
- Sherra
I only added a mini mug to Sherra because I made a character based on Hellene beforehand. It would be nice if the owners of Caligulia, Ikol and Edea (@Frodo1990) would do mouth animations and the owners of Danae, Garth (@MakoQueenofAdrestia) and Esser (@CrimZun) would do conventional mini mugs. We should also put every portrait in either FE7 or FE8 colours, I might do it but isn’t my priority at all.
I added Ponyboy who was skipped due to the lack of available playable mercenary and made him a boss instead if you don’t mind. He is Beyard, the boss of chapter 7x replacement.
I made the three portraits @Petey asked, here they are.

I’ll do the palettes for at least every playable character and release the first patch. I’ll then need to swap more bosses, add bosses palettes and change colours to FE8. So, if the mini mugs and mouth animations could be done, it would be great. I’ll try to finish up by tomorrow for the first patch. Please, have a good time.

I really like Gazak, I feel like his design is so goofy, I captured him during my Conquest playthrough, so he holds a special place to me. I really tried my best but was tired to replicate the armour from fates and came up with this.
I’m asking once again, would you mind changing Paulus’ position as a drain replacement rather than a Lloyd one? Please, don’t feel pressured to answer whatever you like, I just had other ideas but I will get around it either way.
