[FE7] Bug with moving map animation on Classslots 61 and 62

That weird graphicsbug ontop of lyn always happens when I Import a moving map animation over Slots 61 or 62, regardless of animation. It changes depending on the frame on the animation and only affects the standing frames. It does not seem to be an issue with the rom as I tested it with multiple roms and it always had the exact same outcome.

I want to know if this also happened to other people and if there is a workaround, or if I have to send a reportfile to 7734 to ask him. I did not see anything of the sort on FEUniverse even tho I searched, but please redirect me if I am just dumb and overlooked a preexisting topic.
