FE6 Master Seal Edition v1.1

This is FE6, but all promotional items have been replaced with Master Seals, which can promote any unpromoted unit, except Roy. This means you can use any characters you want without worrying about their promotion.
If there are any bugs or items I may have missed, please report them here or contact me on Discord (PentV#2036).
Apply the patch on a clean Japanese ROM. The patch also applies the English translation made by Gringe.
