Yeah, that version actually is just that unstable and I already reported the issue on the fork’s Github.

Hey, I just wanted to ask, how safe it is to install the Skill System nowadays?
Like, are there any chances of screwing up the ROM just from it existing?
Are there any other patches that might break it, or can I be sure that if something doesn’t work well, FEBuilder will just lock me out of installing it?
I assume it has been tested enough that everything is known, just want to make sure.
I guess that also means installing it before most other patches is actually the better idea, right?

Hello friend, Do u know how to apply Viet language in Fe builder?

Hey guys, I’m having an issue after rebuilding the reforged mod.I know it causes issues but it’s the only way to get some space there for personal use like animations etc.

A few chapters (tested 5 8 and Erika12 and 14) just slows down like crazy at the start of the map and when you move the cursor towards the enemy. If you complete the map it goes back to normal. What would you troubleshoot to figure this out?

EDIT: I also have a 7z, just not sure who to send it to on discrdo

On fe builder main menu I click open another fe rom and the files app opens on my computer but it won’t open rom and can’t find rom downloaded. I have FE8 downloaded? Does anyone know or can provide images please

Are you trying to load a .zip file by any chance? Unzip it.

Hello. I am absolutely befuddled by scripted battles. I tried replicating every example I could, but no matter what, the Event Battle just doesn’t happen. No battle screen, no nothing. Just the Enemy Phase graphic rolling by and the targeted green unit having 0 HP for no reason. I couldn’t make scripted map battles (Like the Frelians being killed in the Tower of Valni/River map scene) work either. The green unit just dies on the spot.

I’d really appreciate an in-depth explanation about how scripted battles work because I’m at my wit’s end here. Things that worked before don’t seem to work now.

Hello, not sure if this is the right place. I have a quick question regarding animation. Im currently using CSA ver 2 and melee range spellloader on the fe8 febuilder rom. Right now the issue is as follow:

I imported a bunch of animation such as forblaze, aureola , ershakigal and so on into the rom.

Whenever I do a normal hit from range 2 with the custom spell, the animation plays fine as it should


( in this screenshot i set the crit to 255 for the purpose of showing the normal hit animation)

However

whenever I use the same spell but the characters procs a critical hit, the background image seems to stay in place and not move meanwhile the other objects elements move as normal. Result :

ive tried the same animation on a completely vanilla rom, so without any patch aside from CSA ver 2 and spellloader and still the very same issues. Im using the animation from shyuterz from the depot.

TLDR: normal hits ranged hit works as intended, while critical hits the background image stays anchor to the initial place.

Is there a patch or a setting im missing to install so the camera follows on crits? Ive checked a bunch of other people s rom project just to make sure I did things right and so far everything seems to be in place. So maybe theres something im missing. THanks
