Sorry to reply to an old post, but I saw the portrait here on the FE Repo and I was wondering if it’s F2E. I need a face with pointy ears that isn’t either visibly a child (Fae) or visibly traumatized (Idunn) for a romhack I’m building, and this one’s pretty great for what I’m looking for.

Garytop’s Tiki has the ears, you can put them on any face you like.
