My most beloved splice, modeled after a generic female sage
her outfit’s the only changeable in terms of colors but her hair is locked by her skintones… so goodluck changing that

Actually, I found out that you could edit the portrait a little to allow hair color changes. As you are using 14 colors, so you have 1 color left unused

Here’s a breakdown of the palette:

The light blue is the unused color

So, instead of using the Darkest skin tone as the darkest hair color, you could use the unused color instead.
