Meet -rolls dice- Jeanne France Victoire, songbird of the revolution. She hides her burning ambition behind lace and velvet. Once a common prostitute, her wit and charm soon had her lavished in gifts from wealthy patrons competing for her favour, which she leveraged into establishing herself as a salonniere and spymistress, wealthy in her own right. She seeks to destroy the gilded ignorance of the nobility that masks the stench of the bottomless catacombs with endless feasts. Until their senseless deaths can be avenged, she is never seen without the mementos of her dead lovers: the coat of a young officer perished in a foolish skirmish, and the hairpin of a prostitute dead from the annual chill.
