THIS BOSS IS SPD CAPPED ON NORMAL MODE WITHOUT A BOON. Lancereaver to shut down any funny ideas involving Horseslayers, and the Halberd is so crap it isn’t going to hit even with WTA. Remember, the instant you fight this boss (with something that isn’t Bolting/Purge/Eclipse), Nomad and Nomad Trooper ambush spawns start coming out of the tents, so there’s no need to equip a 2-range weapon at the start; the boss only needs to stay alive so the ambush spawns can kill off your squishy units.
Because I talked with Smeargy on Discord, and I said that having a prepromote in Thea’s spot was fine. Plus, Thea’s already two levels away from promoting, so I think it’s okay
Well ok then, but just to be clear, the replacement has
+4 HP
+2 STR
+3 SKL
+2 SPD
+10 LCK
-2 DEF
+3 RES
compared to Thea’s bases + promotion gains (no level up stat gains were factored in). I think this unit will be fine though, in terms of balance.
Yeah, that’s my biggest annoyance with this unit: No Boom or Bane listed. Like, I mean, I put that in the temp for a reason 
But it’s fine; like you said, she’ll probably be about on par with Thea as a Falco anyways 
Certainly usable short term and has quite a lot of HP by Falcoknight standards but growths are on the lower end and trying to use Silver Lances (or anything not Killer for that matter) in FE6 is generally a really bad idea as they have 10 less hit compared to FE7/8. Also Falcoknights have low CON so this will be getting weighed down 4-7 SPD by most lances.
