Yes, I went out of my way to make the Henning replacement as annoying as possible. I am very aware of the rather strong mage units that join earlier, hence why I go out of my way to add a Barrier Blade to shut them down. Trust me, you do NOT want a Runesword on this boss.
No it’s not that. Runesword on a Swordmaster boss in Ch8x is flat out lethal because in FE6 the Runesword does physical damage at 2-range and can crit. Combine with a Swordmaster in the early game and you have a recipe for forced savescumming.
