So, I started a bit of hacking after desperately searching here and there : “How to run FEBuilder on Android ?”. Figured it out somehow and some features don’t work properly. Overall, it takes some “patience” to pull this off and I’m certainly not the most patient person out there. I’m also not a very “committed” person which is why I’m starting with a PME. But hey… I might just complete this PME. Who knows ? Enough about me. Let’s get started.
RULES :-
Characters: I accept replacement for the entire playable cast. No replacements for bosses now but I’ll decide this later depending upon how well this PME goes.
Classes: I accept custom classes and custom animations. Please mention what kind of weapons they will have access to. And anything else you feel worth mentioning.
Stats: Your character will use the base stats of the character they replace. You can, however, assign Boon and Bane to your character which increases and decreases their stats respectively. The sum total of Boon and bane must be equal in stats points and they mustn’t exceed the value of 5. Suppose, you put 3 skill and 2 speed in Bane and 5 defense in Boon then Bane is 3+2=5 and Boon is 5 which is equal.
Skills: Any skill present in the SkillSystem patch is welcome. No custom skills (because I don’t have the romhacking skills lol). You can assign a unit one personal skill and the skills they’re supposed to learn by levelling up although level-up skills are completely optional. Rightful Arch, Rightful God, Gridmaster and Nihil are banned. For obvious reasons.
Weapons: New weapons are allowed. You can also add Prf weapons but if one person is submitting multiple characters then they can only ask for one Prf weapon.
Growths and Caps: The sum total of growth rates assigned to unpromoted and prepromoted units must not exceed 350% and 375% respectively. You can also assign caps to custom classes (for promoted class only) and sum total of these caps must not exceed 220 (this includes HP but excludes luck and HP mustn’t exceed 80). Stat caps of strength, magic, skill, speed, defence and resistance mustn’t exceed 40. Simply, replace the growth with X and write the caps in brackets besides the growths.
Credits: Of course, you must properly credit all the resources you submit here. That includes, portraits, animations, map sprites (both standing and moving) and weapon sprites.
Reservation: You can only reserve one character slot if you want to replace it later but don’t have the time.
Boss stats: Vanilla FE8 is infamous for being extremely easy so I’m giving you all the freedom to customise the stats. Don’t make bosses too broken though—I’ll intervene if a boss is absolutely impossible. I’ll also intervene if you make important bosses pushovers.
Important Bosses: Selena, Valter, Caellach, Riev and Vigarde are important bosses. Only their replacement can have Prf weapons. No meme submissions will be accepted for such bosses and they must give a good boss fight.
Lyon, Riev and Fomortiis are reserved by me.
Skills: Nihil, Gridmaster, Rightful God, Rightful Arch are banned for bosses as well.
Please don’t submit any more bonus characters. Stalin is the only exception and I want it to remain that way. This rule applies to both the playable cast and bosses.

EDIT: Wait. Nevermind Ephraim has actual bases god damnit. This is why I hate always being stuck with ephraim, 'cause every other lord in FE7&8 run their bases fully off of class and Roy and Ephraim are the only ones who don’t, and it trips me the f_ck up every time.

I want you to reduce your caps a little bit so their total doesn’t exceed 220. 230 is a bit too broken.

Do you mean staff savant ? You can only have one personal skill. If you want the other 3 skills then you should include those in level up skills and set its level to 1. That way your unit will have those skills at the beginning—if that’s what you wished for.
Also you guys can give class description if you want (for custom classes only). I’ve added a template for that.
Redid my math, and under the assumption of all player units having an HP cap of 60(a weird quirk I remember existing), this is a buff. I’m not complaining about being able to start from 26 in all maxes instead of 25 before shifting numbers around, but I seem to remember FEGBA having a quirk where player units could only have an HP stat of at most 60. Certainly in vanilla every class with an HP cap above 60 is enemy only, save Lyon as a bonus unit, so he’s the one to test with.
