Ishtar’s outline lightened up to be more in-line with other portraits

Ok now lenna 1 on first map of route spit on both routes triger with talk lenna gets arcane lance (and if posible grants 1 rank higher support iris lenna (if there is no support give c if have than b etc.)
(1 range 10 might 80 hit 10 crit 5 weight 30 uses grants +6 mag )
