If Grado will replace Fomortiis (and he definetly will. I like the idea myself) is it possible to make Ganondorf replace Carlye? Or Riev? (Up to you)
having Ganondorf replace Carlyle with your stats would hardlock players going Eirika route - with those stats and the throne, he’s literally unbeatable.
Riev might be more forgiving considering he’s in the penultimate chapter and isnt sitting on anything that would buff his evasion, but still, I would tone down those stats if he doesnt end up becoming the final boss.
@Taylor yeah, no, seriously cut the shit, those two are too much, though its almost entirely because of their skills.
@Someone for these two bosses you really need to decide either a personal skill or two of their selected skills.
To put it into perspective for Ashe, since I’m assuming he wanted the base dragonstone might and hit, we’ve got a 16 mt 100hit weapon that gains an additional 110 hit from her stupidly too high luck and skill. Will become basically invincible once resolve procs and always doubles. This isn’t a balanced boss.
So I say she doesn’t get a custom skill and has to choose between Double Lion, Colossus or Resolve and just gets Celerity.

That space distance is literally calleach’s starting position to the brigand directly down from him, 6 tiles. Literally that entire corner of the map is blocked by that range. I’d also say they should at most wield a steel blade and they only get either Crit Force OR Assassinate and Trample both is far too much, especially with a Brave Sword and Killing Edge. This is another combination of stuff that just isn’t fun to fight against, and while might be funny for a Creature Campaign unit, isn’t justifiable for the player to get potentially hardlocked by just because you wanted to make busted post game meme units.

After gleeming through your changes, much better. I however hadn’t noticed the sword saint thing. Maybe don’t use Rightful God with astra. since that pretty much guarantees she’ll kill anybody who doesn’t have Nihil.
For future reference, and player sanity, the list of skills that you shouldn’t mesh with Rightful God are: Aether, Luna, Corona, Flare, Ignis, Glacies, Pierce, Enrage, Petrify, Colossus, Bane*, Black Magic*, Astra, Lethality and I feel like I’m forgetting one but you should get the idea.
((*) you probably could leave these but Bane should only pair if the unit can’t double otherwise it’s just another “they Kill everyone they fight if they hit more than once” thing)

I’ve made slight changes to Grado’s stats after realising that stat caps have been buffed. Don’t worry, I didn’t give major buffs aside from 2 to 3 points in some stats.
Sorry if I came off harsh, I get wanting to use strong skills together to make a boss more challenging but there are limits, ya know?
A general idea should be something like, “how can I make this boss hard to kill” instead of “how powerful can I make this boss”.
Now you honestly could have kept RG/Astra and just balanced the stats and weapons they use around it since with too much strength you end up with the player potentially having to straight up sacrifce units just to deal with it.
An example would be, having to spend an obscene amount of turns using summons to break all their weapons, or say give them 0 Strength/magic but wielding a weapon with 4-6MT and ignores defences, that way they aren’t doing 10+ damage on 5-10 hits.
Just some food for though, and again sorry if I came off a bit agressive.
