With Ignis making all of the events recently, I wanted to throw my hand in the ring here. With that being said, event for chapter 16, if Grant has been promoted. (This should play out after the battle, and after any other dialogue.)

Hm? How did…? Heh, I suppose
there is something here after all.”
After this, Grant will recieve the Manasteel Blade, with the following stats:
