No, it’s still a funny joke. I love ‘geeking-out’, just like the rest. ^_^;
My thought is that the process for making a magic sword is different from the one for making a tome.
While a tome is imbued with only enough energy to be able to channel the user’s magic through it. A magic sword is supercharged with a specific spell, which in turn, allows anyone who weilds it to expell that magic out.
So tome weilders don’t NEED to use magic swords, because they already have that energy within them.
Of course, in some games, they CAN. In most games in the franchise, Mage Knights use Swords and Tomes. Also in FE4, there were Master Knights and Barons. Also, there’s the Priestess class in Valentia.
Alleluia, how in the world did this thread get off topic so fast.
idk dude, even I am confused
I know one thing nobody is confused about. Glasses are really versatile. First, you can have glasses-wearing girls take them off and suddenly become beautiful(even though they’re already beautiful to me), or have girls wearing glasses flashing those cute grins, or have girls stealing the protagonist’s glasses and putting them on like, “Haha, got your glasses!” That’s just way too cute! Also, boys with glasses! I really like when their glasses have that suspicious looking gleam, and it’s amazing how it can look really cool or just be a joke. I really like how it can fulfill all those abstract needs. Being able to switch up the styles and colors of glasses based on your mood is a lot of fun too! It’s actually so much fun! You have those half rim glasses, or the thick frame glasses, everything! It’s like you’re enjoying all these kinds of glasses at a buffet. I really want Luna to try some on or Marine to try some on to replace her eyepatch. We really need glasses to become a thing in hololive and start selling them for HoloComi. Don’t. You. Think. We. Really. Need. To. Officially. Give. Everyone. Glasses?
DON’T BRING THIS TO THE CONVO
jason, i must say, thank you for putting this one all in one paragraph so now i can finally read it as i had mentioned in my last post here. this was fire as the last. but now i am left with another quandary. what the hell are glasses, and why would one enjoy them at a buffet?
did hatsuru give you this copypasta :midblink:
When you’ve got many different pairs of glasses to choose from, laid out for you, isn’t it like a buffet? Except instead of food, glasses.
As for what the hell glasses are… In the grand tapestry of thy holy Lord Jesus’s cosmos, where stars dance across the expanse of the night sky and galaxies twirl in celestial waltz, there exists a humble yet extraordinary creation—the glasses. What are these enchanting artifacts that perch upon the bridge of our noses, framing the windows to our souls? To delve into the essence of glasses is to embark upon a journey through the realms of vision, style, and the sheer magnificence of human ingenuity.
Glasses, in their most elemental form, are optical devices designed to enhance and correct the vision of those who wear them. Born out of necessity, their roots can be traced back through the annals of time to the ingenious minds who sought to conquer the limitations of the human eye. As the pages of history turn, we find ourselves in the presence of groundbreaking inventors and visionary artisans who crafted these ocular companions with meticulous care and artistic flair.
The saga of glasses unfolds against the backdrop of human evolution, intertwining with the pursuit of knowledge, the quest for clarity, and the desire for aesthetic refinement. From the earliest iterations fashioned from crude materials to the exquisite spectacles of the modern era, glasses have evolved into a symbol of intellectual prowess and sartorial splendor.
Imagine a world cloaked in a hazy mist, where details blur into obscurity and the contours of reality are shrouded in uncertainty. In this realm, glasses emerge as the torchbearers of clarity, illuminating the path to a world rich in definition and precision. The magic of glasses lies not only in their ability to correct refractive errors and grant one the truest of true sight but in the transformative experience they bestow upon the wearer—an alchemical fusion of science and artistry that bestows upon to you all the beauty in the world while enhancing all the beauty in your face.
In the cosmic ballet of form and function, glasses become the conduit through which the universe reveals its splendors to the beholder. The lenses, meticulously ground and polished, are like portals through which the wonders of the cosmos come into focus. Stars regain their brilliance, distant landscapes materialize, and the fine details of existence emerge from the shadows, all thanks to the enchanting dance of photons choreographed by the lenses of these marvelous contrivances.
But beyond their utilitarian prowess, glasses possess an ethereal quality that transcends the mundane. They are not merely instruments of vision correction; they are adornments that grace the visage with an air of sophistication and timeless elegance. As they rest upon the bridge of the nose, they become a harmonious extension of the wearer’s identity, a silent proclamation of individuality and style.
Consider the frames, those sculpted works of art that cradle the lenses in a delicate embrace. Crafted from a myriad of materials—metal, acetate, wood—they are the architects of aesthetic appeal. Each frame tells a story, a narrative woven with threads of design philosophy and artistic expression. Whether minimalist and sleek or bold and avant-garde, frames are the silent narrators of the wearer’s persona, casting an ever-present aura of refinement.
The act of donning glasses is a ritual, a transformative gesture that transcends the mundane and elevates the wearer to a realm where intellect meets aesthetics. The simple act of sliding the frames onto the bridge of the nose or making them light up becomes a symphony of elegance, a crescendo that harmonizes with the wearer’s identity. In this symphony, every movement is deliberate, every adjustment a stroke on the canvas of personal style.
Glasses, in their myriad forms, become an extension of the wearer’s character. They are not mere accessories; they are the maestros orchestrating the visual opus of one’s existence. A pair of glasses can convey authority, sophistication, playfulness, or avant-garde daring. With each new frame, a chapter unfolds in the saga of personal expression—a story told not in words, but in the silent language of style.
Consider the spectacle of a bespectacled individual immersed in the act of reading. As the pages turn and worlds unfold, glasses become the conduits through which knowledge flows into the receptive chambers of the mind. The symbiosis between intellect and eyewear is a sublime dance, a choreography that renders the act of reading a transcendental experience.
In the grand tapestry of human achievement, glasses stand as sentinels of progress and innovation. From the rudimentary monocles of yesteryear to the cutting-edge, high-tech lenses of the present, the evolution of glasses mirrors the relentless march of human ingenuity. As we gaze through the lenses of the past, we witness the triumphs of science, the triumphs of craftsmanship, and the triumphs of the human spirit.
And so, we find ourselves standing at the crossroads of utility and aesthetics, where the practicality of corrected vision converges with the beauty of personal expression. Glasses, in all their resplendent glory, bridge the gap between function and form, offering a resounding testament to the limitless potential of human creativity.
In the vast expanse of the universe, where galaxies spiral in cosmic splendor and nebulae paint the cosmos with ethereal hues, glasses emerge as beacons of both practicality and beauty. They are the conduits through which we witness the majesty of the cosmos, and they are the canvases upon which we paint the tapestry of our personal style.
In the grand narrative of existence, where every individual is a protagonist in their own epic tale, glasses become the indispensable companions that accompany the eyes on the journey. They are the silent witnesses to our triumphs and tribulations, the custodians of our vision and the guardians of our style.
As we traverse the cosmic seas of time, let us celebrate the magnificence of glasses—the humble yet extraordinary artifacts that weave together the threads of vision, style, and the boundless tapestry of human ingenuity. In their elegant simplicity, glasses become the cosmic keys that unlock the mysteries of the universe and the portals through which we gaze upon the wonders of existence with awe and appreciation.
