How to dm on here?

I’ve had a badge for a while, that’s supposed to let me post media, like pictures, but I always get an error saying I can’t, which is the same message as when I didn’t have the badge. I’ve been told to dm a staff member to get it fixed, but I have no idea how to go about it! Currently, I am unable to reply to this thread (The option just isn’t there) and there is no option to message someone, like someone had commented (Again, the option just isn’t there)

I checked from your perspective and I can confirm there seems to be no way to respond to it whatsoever, looking into this now.

Can you respond to other topics?

Looks like it was a trust level issue. Should be fine now.
