The cause of the problem has been found and we were able to fix it.
It seems that the Transform animation must match the palette of the Transform Beginning Anim and the Transform Back Anim.

This animation looks like a combination of Assassin and Swordmaster. Someone picked up this sprite in a log a long time ago and I got it today, so I converted it to animation and edited it.
