I actually love the idea of Gunblades i think they are super cool.
Throwable knives as a 1-2 range Sword… This is something more FE hacks should experiment with, even if they’re restricted to the Thief class for no reason even though 1-2 range Javelins and Hand Axes aren’t.

While gunblades arent really… realistic, Fire Emblem has magic, dragons, undeads and ther unnatural elements, so gunblade is fine. I still think boomerangs would fit nicer, maybe make gunblades special high might 2 ranged weapon instead?
