The NTSC ISO (of which there are actually two versions as well) if differently coded so no, this will not work on NTSC. I know the ISO is still out there, but I can’t provide one.
You could ask in the discord if anyone knows where to get one from, but as I said, I don’t know. I downloaded the ISO’s I use years ago and wouldn’t know where that was or if the sites are even still up.
