I would love to help! I’m big into updating portraits to look better (not much experience splicing or making portraits from scratch) and I’m ok-ish at map sprites.
question! do you know how to remove map events and stuff? ive been struggling at just making a clean state lol. also id love some more help! right now we have two other people helping, could you look at the first map and give some reccomendations?

You’ll definitely want it to be at least a little smaller, and if you want a throne room, you want the entrance to that to be from below, because the throne in the tileset faces down. The walls outside the castle should definitely be straightened out too. The roads need to be rounded off.
